Fresno police say a 56-year-old man was lying in the road near H Street and Roosevelt at 8:45pm when a truck ran him over. Witnesses said the victim was near a bike, so police believe the man may have already been hit or had recently fallen off his bike. Witnesses apparently saw everything. They told police a black pickup truck hit the man, drove off, then came back. The passenger got out to check on the victim, but when it appeared the victim was dead, the truck drove off again.
