A lot of parents are asking questions in the North Valley after a school bus driver was arrested.
58-year-old Efrain Orozco was booked into the Merced County Jail but was released on bail the same day. He was also immediately fired.
Merced police say the Orozco was found in car parked in an alley. He was with a 17-year-old student and both had their pants down.
Police say it all started when a Merced police officer was called out to check on a suspicious car parked in an alleyway between 8th and 9th avenue.
That's when the officer found Orozco and the student in the back seat.
Merced police are asking parents to talk with their children to see if any had any unusual encounters with Orozco and if so, report it to police.
