A man is dead and the killer is on the run.
The man was shot and killed in a yard Thursday afternoon, on South Main and Compton in Pixley.
Tulare County Sheriff's Deputies found a man's body.
Investigators say the victim was standing around...when he got into an argument with
someone in a car.
Someone in the car shot him... and the car took off.
People who knew him say he was a family man in his mid-30's.
“Oh I feel bad because i heard the guy left his family behind; i heard the guy had five little
girls I got a little girl and a little boy and I wouldn't want to leave him behind,” said Jesus Ramirez.
It's Pixley’s first murder of the year.
