A search is underway for seven children reported missing.
Police are treating this as a possible abduction and believe the children's father may have taken them from an apartment in central Fresno.
The mother and step-father left their children at home while they went to the grocery store on Saturday.
The kids as young as 5-years-old, were under the care of the oldest child, who is 12-years-old.
When the parents returned home, all the kids were gone as well as all their clothing, leading investigators to believe they were taken by the biological father, Xa Yang.
Authorities have not been able to locate the father, who has been estranged from the kids for the past 3 years.
Investigators believe they may be in the Sacramento area.
