4 people are under arrest for the murder of a Gustine man. The Merced Sun Star has reported that Mark Oseguera, Richard Naudin, David Silva, and Ruben Silva were arrested in Southern California.
They are being held on a variety of charges which include suspicion of murder, accessory to murder, and participation in a criminal street gang.
Last Friday Night, Bill James was murdered at a Gustine Bar, and investigators believe that the above mentioned individuals are the primary suspects
The Merced Sun Star has reported that the suspects will be extradited to Merced County to face the above charges. More information on this story will be reported in the near future.
