The third suspect in the Sammy Mercado murder case, Marshall Voravong, turned himself in on Friday.
16-year-old Sammy Mercado was killed back in April when he and two friends tried stealing from a medical marijuana garden.
The friends were able to get away but Sammy was shot and killed. His body was found this past weekend in an orange grove.
Two other suspects are already in custody in connection with the case. Voravong's brother, Michael, was arrested earlier this week and Ernie Chanmany was taken into custody in Utah, after getting pulled over with 100 pounds of pot in his car.
