2nd West Nile virus death in Fresno

The Fresno County Health Department says a second person died from West Nile virus last month.

Not much information, someone died of WNV sometime last month, sounds more like a rumor than a story. Were both deaths last month, or did the second victim die last month? So the other 14 cases lived? What does an investigation for WNV deaths involve? Do people get paid $ to write this stuff?
