Fresno County Sheriff Deputies are investigating the death of woman who was found outside her home.
Deputies found her on the 3800 block of Cottle in Sanger around 9:00 a.m. Saturday morning.
Deputies are investigating the death as suspicious.
The woman's name has not been released.
