Fire investigators are looking into an overnight apartment fire that broke out near Belmont and Maple.

The fire started around 2:00 a.m. Thursday morning in the upstairs part of a two-unit complex.

Neighbors say it may have something to do with an ongoing dispute between the woman who lives in that apartment and the property manager.

A neighbor at the scene said, "So the cops came out -- not even an hour later and she's the one getting arrested."

Another neighbor said, "The same cops came out and told her to not cause any trouble and then what, an hour later, her apartment's on fire."

Much of the damage is just to the woman's belongings.

The case is still under investigation.
