The woman suspected in the theft of a backpack containing $10,000 is in jail tonight.
Police say Valerie Montanez took off with the backpack along with an accomplice.
She was arrested after being accused of shoplifting at a Home Depot.
This is video of the theft earlier this month at Winco.
The owners of the backpack were tourists from China who had recently had a baby and were in the store buying diapers and formula for their child.
No word tonight on the location of the alleged accomplice or whether any money was recovered.
