A Visalia family is looking for answers after a man was killed by a hit and run driver.
58-year-old Joe Gasca was found in the roadway at Goshen and Miller Park Ct. early Wednesday morning.
A passing driver spotted the man and called 911 but Gasca died at the hospital.
Police are asking anyone with information to call the Visalia Police Department.
