The Fresno County Sheriff's Department in investigating the death of two men found inside a home in Tarpey Village on Monday.
The discovery was made by neighbors Monday afternoon at the home on Hammel Way, near Ashlan and Clovis in Fresno County.
The neighbors were alerted by a postal carrier that noticed mail and newspapers were piling up.
Deputy Chris Curtice with the Fresno County Sheriff's Department said it appears the two bodies have been there for some time.
The cause of death is unknown at this time or if foul play is suspected.
No names have been released.
