Crisis negotiators talk an armed middle-aged man out of hurting himself or others inside his trailer park home.
The man had barricaded himself inside the trailer at the Kings Estates Trailer Park in Lemoore.
After a 6-hour standoff, the man surrendered to police and residents were allowed to return home.
