Everyone knows there are great wines coming from the Napa Valley... But did you know there are great wines right here in the Central Valley?

CBS47 wanted to know... Where is the Central Valley's Best Wine?

We took your nominations... and there were dozens! We narrowed it down to the Top 4 and let you cast your vote. The Top 4 were Milla Vineyards in Fresno, Quady Winery in Madera, San Joaquin Wine Company in Madera, and Westbrook Wine Farm in O'Neals.

Voting was hot and heavy, with over 2,000 votes cast over just a few days, and San Joaquin Wine Company had over half of the votes! Congratulations to San Joaquin Wine Co. and the rest of the Top 4 nominees.

Now we're on to the next category, which is the Valley's Best Bakery.

So tell us... Who is the Central Valley's Best?

To be sure, many who grow grapes will produce wine. But with Milla, we are talking about old family Italian producing. It is not just producing wine as so many do, it is sharing a loving Italian family "jug" with friends and all of you as well.

Without question, the best table wine produced in this area is made by Ray Krause at Westbrook Wine Farm. Ray has been making wine over 46 years and has been inspirational to other wine makers in this region. Quady is in a special catagory since they focus mainly on dessert wines. If the poll was "Who makes the best dessert wines in this area" then the answer would be Quady. If they poll was who makes the best port in the area, then the answer would be Ficklin. San Joaquin Wine Company has gotten better over the years and is producing some drinkable wine for the masses. But as to who is the best, Ray and Westbrook Wine Farm win hands down.

I have no idea how 3 of those even made that list. Only one of them are actually good. I would of picked completely different wineries. This is biased to what places have more of their friends vote.

The Best Wine of many in this area is "Westbrook Wine Farm" where Tammie and Ray have produced some of the best from any where...I mean Napa, Sonoma, Paso or France!
