In Porterville one man is behind bars for murder charges.
19-year-old Arnold Sanchez surrendered to police overnight.
The victim was killed February 3rd.
19-year-old Salvador Garcia was waiting for a friend outside Porterville liquor store.
Investigators say two men walked up to Garcia and shot him.
Two others have been arrested in connection with the crime.
