One person is dead after a fiery car crash near Kearney Park.
The crash happened just after 8:00 p.m. Monday night on Kearney Blvd. at Garfield Avenue.
The driver was heading eastbound on Kearney when the car veered off the road at Garfield, slammed into a palm tree and burst into flames.
The driver's identity has not been released and the cause of the crash is under investigation.
