Charges have been dropped against a Fresno man, accused of killing his estranged wife.

26-year-old Arthur Howlin will be set free on Tuesday because police no longer think he is responsible for the murder of Tina Banks.

The 45-year-old woman was found shot to death in April of this year.

CBS47 will have more details on this developing story on later editions of the CBS47 News.

Why the heck does the news report that FOG caused accidents???? It is the stupid drivers that cause the accidents. In a hurry, don't think they will wreck, think they are the only ones on the road, that is what causes the accidents and NOT THE FOG!! Report it correctly.
