A man is under arrest - accused of murdering a woman in Southeast Fresno. The victim's two children were home when she was killed. It happened at a home on Ezie Avenue and Dakota, near Ashlan and Fowler. Fresno Police received a call of a shooting at 10:30. When they got to the home, they learned a woman had been shot. The suspect came to the door. Police were able to convince him to let the two young children leave the home. The suspect then surrendered. The victim's mother was also in the house at the time of the shooting. Police say the murder is a case of domestic violence. The relationship between the man and woman is not yet known.
