Update:
Mr. Lee was spotted Monday morning and police were called. He was returned to his family unharmed.
A 71-year-old man with the mental capacity of a young child is missing.
Wamoua Lee walked away from his home near Huntington and Chestnut.
Lee is described as 4' 9" tall, 190 pounds and likes to visit the airport and ride city buses.
