Saint Agnes Medical Center announced they are letting go of 75 employees.

Financial challenges due to fewer patients, changes in reimbursement and slow economic recovery are to blame.

CEO Nancy Hollingsworth also says health care reform is creating a lot of uncertainty. She released the following statement saying impart: "In order to preserve Saint Agnes as a valuable community asset, while upholding our mission to heal body, mind and spirit, we are prepared to act and think differently and remain committed to quality, safety and service."

The hospital has not said which positions are affected.
