Keith Beyer was arrested for suspicion of killing his wife, Sandra Beyer in the couple's Sanger apartment.
Police could not locate 34-year-old Keith Beyer after the body of Sandra Beyer was found on Sunday.
Police made contact with Beyer Monday afternoon and were able to negotiate his arrest.
Sgt. Greg Velasquez with the Sanger Police Department said, "We were able to negotiate with Keith Beyer to turn himself in to the police department, at which time he made arrangements to be arrested in the Shaver Lake area."
The victim's sister, Yanet Garcia, says the couple was arguing the night before Sandra was killed.
