The victim in a deadly hit and run crash in Fresno has been identified.
29-year-old Pablo Avela was hit on Belmont and Blackstone last saturday.
The driver who hit him left the scene.
Police are looking for a white 1990s Chevy Suburban, that may have a lifted suspension.
