Fresno police have released their latest list of top five auto thieves, and at the top of the list is 35-year-old Ralph Jasso.
Jasso continues to be one of the most prolific thieves in the city.
Last February, Jasso was was arrested at the parking garage at Community Regional Medical Center.
Jasso was also caught with three vehicles stolen from Lithia Nissan but released because of jail overcrowding.
The list also includes: Victor Portillo, Jason Perez, Guadalupe Delgado, and Rodney Jones.
