Investigators in Fresno are looking for a man accused of torching an apartment.
Police say Siha Phoudamneun is wanted for setting a fire at a complex off Weldon, near Fresno and McKinley on Wednesday.
17 people were left homeless after the fire.
Investigators say Phoudamneun is homeless and a resident let him stay the night but the two got into an argument.
Phoudamneun lit a newspaper and some blankets on fire and then took off.
