One man is under arrest after in Fresno overnight.
21-year-old Jildardo Gonzalez faces charges of possessing a stolen car and resisting arrest.
The owner of the car called police just after midnight to say that they were following their stolen car near Fresno City College.
The police helicopter followed the car.
Investigators say Gonzalez sped off trying to escape but crashed the car and eventually surrendered.
