The Fresno Metro Black Chamber of Commerce presents the Heart & Soul Festival.
The free event is a celebration of culture, food, and entertainment that will warm the heart & soul.
There will be local music and entertainment, food, a job fair, college fair, and vendor booths.
The event takes place Saturday, February 16th from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Manchester Center, located at Blackstone and Shields in Fresno.
