Fresno County program strengthens families by helping dads improve their parenting skills.
The program is called Proving Our Parenting Skills, or POPS.
Fresno County leaders held a news conference to talk about the ways it lends a helping hand by giving advice to fathers throughout the county who want to become better dads and husbands.
