They've spent a year worrying and waiting, but a family still seeks closure...one year after the death their son.

“He would give you the shirt off his back. He would help anybody, sweet loving son. I'm going to miss him but he will be forever in my heart.

Desiree Blair hasn't stopped wiping away tears since her 26-year old son was shot and killed

Cedric and his friend were on their way home from a popular Fresno nightclub.

They were stopped at an intersection on the way home.... when bullets started flying.

Cedric lost control and crashed.

His friend survived.

Cedric leaves behind a 4-year old and 1-year old son.

“Every time I take him to the cemetery he's expecting his dad to be there and i don't think he understands he's not going to be there,” said wife Chinthuon Om.

“It totally wasn't aimed at him. it was just him being at the wrong place at the wrong time,” said Dad Cedric Blair.

The family will hold a candlelight vigil Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. at Mountain View Cemetery in Fresno.

They’re pleading, if you have any information about the case, call Fresno police.
