The man who drowned at Hensley Lake in Madera County on Monday has been identified as Tom Uyemaruko, owner of Tommy's at the Fulton Mall in downtown Fresno.
Witnesses say they heard someone screaming and saw a boat near the dock drifting away.
Tommy's has been a favorite lunch spot in downtown Fresno for years.
It's unknown at this time what lead up to the 61-year-old man's drowning.
