A civil trial against the City of Clovis is underway.

Sergeant Javier Campos claims the police department discriminates against minorities.

Campos filed a complaint in July of 2011.

Clovis Police Chief Janet Davis testified on Monday.

The courts aren't saying how much Campos is requesting in damages.
