One person is dead after a crash in Fresno county on Monday.
It happened around 5:30 p.m. on Highway 41 at Mt. Whitney near Riverdale.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a Ford pickup broadsided a Geo Metro that tried to make a U-turn.
The passenger in the pickup was injured and transported to the hospital.
