The investigation continues into the death of a 10-year-old boy killed in a car crash in Merced County.
The crash happened late Saturday in Los Banos.
Police say 20-year-old Justin Nappi was drunk when he hit a car carrying a family of five.
10-year-old Jayden Thomas died at the scene. Two other young children were taken to the hospital.
