A south valley father is under arrest, accused of abusing his child.
20-year-old Jonathon Tafoya was arrested by Kings County Sheriff's Deputies after his child was treated at Children's Hospital Central California.
Child Protective Services reported the man when it was discovered the 7-week-old had a broken arm, a cracked rib and various bruises.
