Child Pornography and Underwear Found in Home

What many of you don't know is that any picture can be viewed as child pornography. If you looked at the pictures that were in the back ground of the story you can see that some of them are just pictures plain pictures nothing overtly sexual. If you look at the bail $10,000. the judge pretty much knows there is not a crime going on but he must play his part. I am pretty sure anyone out there that wants to go to any store and buy men's women's or children's under clothes is pretty much free to do just that. The crime is that the mind police always thing that you are going to do A once you do B and it is not the case. He may be a strange person and be playing with or what ever he is doing with the clothing he legally bought. If you look into the definition of child pornography you will see that it can be anything even a drawing that you have done with a crayon and you as the individual are turned on by it. It could be the target ad or the wal-mart ad with the children wearing what ever the store is trying to sell. As far as him living close to a school his a allowed to live where ever he wants to he is not a convicted sex offender. Most likely will be in the future though. All of you that are pointing fingers how would you defend yourself if you were pointed at as having child porn images I am sure you will say never on my computer or I am not a chester. If you have any pictures of your children naked or on a bear rug or in the bath tub or running on the beach or swimming someone else could think you a were rather a strange/maybe chester it is all how someone else perceives you not how or what you actually are doing, and once you are arrested you are most likely done for all of your family, neighbors, friends, people you thought were friends are out of there don't want to be involved. I am more frightened about all of the criminals that are being processed into the jails and finger printed and then let back out. Just some strange dude caught up for a thought crime.

Ps.. It's not like he tried to print summer pics of a kid running around who flashes his butt to the camera And someone from Walgreens photo turned him in. This is child pornography - THOUSANDS- of pics....kids underwear. When you don't have children, having piles of kid underwear is nasty. sbplayer- have a few children, and live a few houses down and then see how YOU feel about the situation.

The man arrested is a single middle aged man with thousands of child porn pics, and children's underwear. How on earth can you defend this man?

The guy interviewed sees to be a nut case as well. Some photos seen are regular pics most families have, your convicting him via media even before a trial. Your like the military, guilty before proven innocent, I think you ignore the due process for the so called news you bring fourth. Not a true public service but rather a witch hunt. You have done this before and were wrong, as well as correct, but it it right or just, how you go about it.
