One of Fresno's Top Five Car Thieves surrendered to officers Wednesday night.

He was spotted in a parking garage where two stolen cars were found - one of them had been stolen from a dealership this weekend.

35-year-old Ralph Jasso surrendered in downtown Fresno.

He was picked up by police who had found a vehicle stolen from Lithia Nissan in Fresno. All of the vehicles taken from the dealership have been recovered.

Police arrested 34-year-old Hans Mathus and 38-year-old Gentry Rocha. Investigators say the two were found with keys belonging to the stolen cars, a tag from the dealership, and a newspaper clipping of the theft, kept as a ‘trophy’.

Officers are now looking into whether Jasso was also responsible for the thefts at Lithia Nissan.
