CUSD settles molestation case for $2 million

The Clovis Unified School District is paying a $2 million settlement to the family of a student who police believe was molested by a teacher.

Neng Yang is accused of molesting one of his 2nd grade students. 

There's evidence of the sexual assaults.

On Friday, Clovis Unified Confirmed it has settled with the girl's family for $2 million and issued a statement that says in part: "We are pleased the District and its third party insurance program (who financed the settlement) were able to reach an agreement with Mr. Paboojian (attorney for the family) and his client."
