A robber in Madera County is giving Santa a bad name.

He's accused of hitting two convenience stores wearing a Santa hat Saturday night.

The Madera County Sheriff's Department says the suspect appears to be a Hispanic man in his 20s, driving a dark colored Cadillac.

Investigators hope someone will recognize the Santa bandit and turn him in.
