Employees of a Bakersfield nursing home reportedly let an elderly woman die without attempting CPR.

No profanity or inappropriate comments will be allowed.

Per FOX news, several hours ago, the family signed an acknowledgement that CPR would not be done. And, HIPPA privacy regulations would probably prevent staff from providing any client information. Regardless of whether there was a DNR or not, a person has the right to determine treatment. Besides, CPR on a person that age,outside of a medical facility (which this was not) is a very dangerous situation.
