As CBS first announced on their Twitter, the Star Trek alum will play the uncle of Chin (Daniel Dae Kim). Does this mean he's Kono's (Grace Park) father? Negative, he's also her uncle, but wouldn't that have been cool?
Takei, who can next be seen on The New Normal, will appear in at least one episode, slated to air in December.
Hawaii Five-0 airs Mondays at 10/9c on CBS.
