Forget the fog!  Rain is on the way.  A cold storm system moved into northern California Tuesday night with rain and mountain snow spreading inland and to the south.  Central California will have rain possible Wednesday morning with showers through the evening.  The storm will be cold enough to drop an inch or two of snow on the foothills above 2-thousand feet.  The highest Sierra elevations will get up to a eight inches of snow.
