A Freeze Warning in effect until 10 am Tuesday for the San Joaquin Valley. Temperatures will drop to freezing or below for 5-8 hours and to 28-degrees or below for 3-5 hours. A warming trend is in store for the rest of the week as high pressure blankets central California.
