Low clouds are keeping the fog away today. We'll see afternoon clearing with low 50s in the valley and foothills, mid to upper 40s in the mountains. We'll have areas of dense fog tomorrow and Wednesday morning before a cold storm system Thursday & chance of foothill snow.
