Slightly cooler today, but still hot and above average. Low to mid 90s for the valley and foothills, 80s for the mountains with a 20%-30% chance of thunderstorms and a Flash Flood Watch for the Tulare Co Mtns this afternoon and evening. Some cooler air flowing in, but High Pressure is still there, pulling in that moisture from the south. High pressure will be strong over our area again by Thursday, with 100s by the weekend.
