Stormy Weather Wednesday

Dense fog will form in the valley Monday night and Tuesday morning.  It will clear slowly after sunrise.  A storm system is heading for California Tuesday night and Wednesday with valley rain and mountain snow in the forecast through Thursday.  This is a colder storm system that the past few storms so temperatures will finally drop to normal and below through the weekend with low to middle 50s for highs and 30s and 40s for lows.
