A weak cold front will cool temperatures slightly and aid low cloud development in the San Joaquin Valley and foothills Wednesday. Lows will drop to the upper 30s and low 40s and highs will be just about normal with upper 50s and lower 60s. Another storm system will reach central California late Thursday afternoon and bring a chance of valley showers and mountain snow through Friday.
