Patchy frost and fog

Patchy fog and frost are in the forecast through Tuesday morning.
Temperatures will be slightly cooler than past nights. Frost will affect more parts of the valley, but still mainly low, rural areas.
Fog will remain patchy. It may be dense at times.
Rain comes Wednesday. Snow will fall in the mountains down to about 4500 feet.
