Cooler, and drier air is moving into California on northeasterly winds this weekend.  That means frosty morning lows will be possible under mainly clear skies by Sunday.  Patchy fog will form early Saturday morning and clear pretty quickly.  High temps will be in the 55-60 degree range in the valley with 40s and 50s in the higher Sierra.
