Clearing skies overnight with a chance of fog early Thursday morning. Dry weather most of Thursday with only a slight chance of a shower. A second storm system arrives Friday afternoon and brings moderate rain and Sierra snow to Central California. The third and final storm of the three-part series arrive Saturday night and will drop heavy precipitation through Sunday afternoon.
