Thick fog formed Thursday morning along Highway 99 from Madera through Fresno into Visalia. The fog was slow to clear over Fresno with the sun finally appearing early in the afternoon. Fog formed again in Fresno and Madera early Thanksgiving evening. Visibilities will be very low early Friday morning with a blanket of dense fog that will lift to a layer of low clouds by late morning. Expect sunshine during the afternoon.
