A cold but dry storm system passed this weekend, leaving freezing temperatures in Central California.
Overnight lows in the valley will be below freezing Monday morning, and some places will be nearly as cold Tuesday morning.
The week gets warmer day by day.
Fog will be limited Monday, so soon after this storm system.
However, expect fog to return Tuesday morning on.
